I enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. Although they don’t have an online booking system, I was able to make a reservation over the phone. I highly recommend booking ahead if you prefer to sit outside, as that area is a highlight of the restaurant. But if you’re not picky you could just walk in. The courtyard seating is beautiful and well heated, perfect for colder weather. The food was tasty with good portion sizes, though the Pina Coladas weren’t our favourite. The staff were helpful in guiding us through the menu. Would recommend!

Gorgeous atmosphere both indoors and throughout the courtyard with great food and top tier service. Menu offers a variety of food including Vegetarian and Gluten Free options; perfect for family members who are coeliac and vegetarian. Effective ordering method on a tablet, and staff who never miss! Muhammad Hashim’s attention to detail was great. He was extremely helpful throughout our meal ensuring we were happy with our food and drinks. Furthermore, he went above and beyond in taking pictures for our family and informing us of other areas to take more. Alam’s a firm favourite delivering consistency across all aspects of serving delicious meals suitable for all. They also offer parking behind the restaurant for which the charge can be redeemed at payment.

Sat in the courtyard with the heaters, it was comfortable. Ordered via the qr code and the phone, food came out shortly after, curries and bread tasted delicious. It was worth our visit

We had a fantastic experience at Alum. The food was absolutely amazing — full of flavour and beautifully presented. The mojitos were perfectly made, refreshing, and served ice-cold, just the way we like them. The service was impressively fast and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was relaxed yet vibrant, and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, drinks, and top-notch service!

I had an amazing experience at Alum Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious every dish was fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. What made the evening even more memorable was the exceptional service from Hashim, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Hashim made sure we were comfortable the entire time and offered great recommendations that turned out to be spot on. His warm and professional attitude really stood out. Highly recommend Alum Restaurant for both the food and the outstanding service. Ask for Hashim if you go!

Really great place to eat Food was very nice Starters were banging Try the nachos guys they were lovely. Burgers were very nice. I ordered a rice with chicken manchori but i didnt like it due to my taste buds. The guy serving me gave us free deserts and went the extra mile. Really greatful for the way we was treated. Defo come back Well recomended. 8 out of 10 from me guyz

We had a lovely experience at the restaurant on a beautiful day out. The aesthetics of the restaurant were really appealing, with cozy yet modern vibes. The food was excellent- we tried both the vegetable and beef lasagnas, and they were delicious, perfectly cooked and flavourful. They also offer a Sunday roast, which is definitely something we'll be back to try. The service was fantastic, our waiter Mohammed Hashim was extremely attentive and all the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, a fantastic dining experience with great food and wonderful service!
